Congratulations to Scholarship of Excellence recipient Amne Kadhim! Amne is a Health Science Tech student at the Riverside campus of Tulsa Technology Center. It was an absolute pleasure for board member Britt Embry, also pictured, to present this scholarship to such a wonderful student.
